1. Purpose of this website

Pacific Diagnostics (Sector 4, New Panvel) operates this website only to help patients with appointment coordination, queue visibility, prescription callback requests, report-status updates, and general clinic information for diagnostic services including Sonography, Color Doppler, X-Ray, 2D Echo, and ultrasound-guided FNAC guidance.

2. Not medical advice or online diagnosis

Content on this website—including service descriptions and educational text—is for patient convenience and general information only. It does not diagnose any disease, recommend treatment, or replace consultation with a registered medical practitioner.

Using this website does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. Clinical decisions are made only during in-person or telephonic consultation at the clinic under the supervision of Dr. Swapnil Meshram and qualified clinic staff.

3. Doctor's prescription is final authority

• All diagnostic tests are performed only when supported by a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law and clinic policy.
• The referring doctor—not this website—decides which investigation is clinically appropriate, whether contrast is needed, and how results should be used in patient care.
• Patients must bring the original prescription or clearly legible copy at the time of visit. The clinic may refuse or reschedule a test if the prescription is incomplete, expired, or not clinically valid.

4. Service guidance disclaimer

Service cards and website guidance suggest possible areas of interest only. They are educational tools and must not be treated as a medical opinion. Final test selection always follows the treating or referring doctor's written advice.

5. Reports and interpretation

• Imaging and laboratory reports are issued by qualified professionals at Pacific Diagnostics. Report wording is for clinical use and must be interpreted by the patient's treating doctor.
• Report status shown on the website (pending, ready, etc.) is for communication convenience only and does not replace formal handover of the report to the patient or referring doctor.
• Patients should follow up with their prescribing doctor for treatment decisions. Pacific Diagnostics and Dr. Swapnil Meshram are not responsible for treatment choices made solely on the basis of website information without medical consultation.

6. Emergency and urgent care

This website is not for medical emergencies. If you have chest pain, breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any life-threatening symptom, go to the nearest hospital emergency department or call emergency services immediately. Do not use WhatsApp or the prescription form for emergencies.

7. Patient responsibilities

• Provide accurate name, mobile number, and service information when booking or uploading a prescription.
• Follow pre-test instructions given by clinic staff (fasting, full bladder, prior reports, etc.).
• Inform staff about pregnancy, implants, allergies, or relevant medical history before the procedure.
• Do not share another person's prescription or personal data without their permission.

8. Consent and communication

• Prescription upload requires explicit patient consent that clinic staff may use the image for callback and booking support only.
• By providing your mobile number, you agree that Pacific Diagnostics may call or message you regarding appointments, report status, and clinic instructions.
• WhatsApp may be used for booking confirmation and report-ready intimation when the patient has shared their number and consented to such communication.
• Google review requests are sent only after voluntary patient consent. Patients are free to accept or decline.
• For minors, consent must be provided by a parent or lawful guardian.

9. Limitation of liability

Pacific Diagnostics, Dr. Swapnil Meshram, clinic staff, and website developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on website content, delayed communication, technical errors, or patient failure to follow medical advice from their treating doctor.

The clinic's liability for diagnostic services provided at the centre is governed by applicable Indian medical and consumer laws and standard professional practice—not by informal website text alone.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Navi Mumbai / Raigad jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to applicable law.
